Maybe you don't smile simply to hide the pain. I know there are things that cause you to cry alone in your room, when the night falls, and you have time think about them. But they all you have time to think about? Maybe you smile and say yes when they ask you if you're okay, not because your a fake, but because you don't want to talk about those things. You would rather just enjoy their company. Maybe you just smile through the pain because you are happy, happy that sadness isn't the only thing in your life, happy because someone cared enough to ask you if you're okay.

When you're sad look up at the night sky and know the stars love you. Do you know why? Our bodies are made of stardust. We are the descendants of the stars. We are their children. And they shine to remind use not to give up hope.

Oh glorious mother in the night sky, reflecting the God's warmth after the day has passed by, illuminate me on this night. Let my soul be enveloped in light. Fill me with your hope and love, as you gaze down on me from up above.

Free yourself from all your pain. All this self hate will only drive you insane. You have to believe what they said wasn't true. After all you are the only one that knows the real you. Forgive those that cause you pain for what they do, and their actions will no longer effect you. Use your own thoughts to perpetuate self love. Do this and you will be able raise above. Clear your mind of outside voices. Live your own life, and make your own choices. Let love radiate in everything you do, Illuminate love and it will reflect back on you.  

With fur so soft and eyes so sweet how can the only thing considered lucky about you be your feet? Your little heart raises as fast as you hop. I wonder if there is anyway to make your nervousness stop. But I suppose your heart only pounds so fast because it is so full of love you precious little gift from God above.

Because I don't want anyone else to ever feel the way I did. Because I don't ever want anyone else to feel alone in anything they face. I don't talk to people about these things to make myself feel important. I do it because I think maybe just maybe way back when in middle school if I would have talked to someone about these things I never would have got this bad. I might be able to leave the house without having to worry about having an anxiety attack. I might not have to constantly focus on trying to hold back from saying something rude under my breath.
